Today we will see top 5 things that you guys can do keep yourselves motivated and involved during lockdown and being quaranteed at home.

1. Family : Blessing in disguise

I'm of the thought that family is the most important thing in life. You may change your place of stay, friends, companies & colleagues but family is always with you no matter what.

Family supports you in all your endeavors! They celebrate your successes and help you through your hardships and difficult times.

Some parents have children with autism or physically and mentally handicapped but they never give them up & take care with devotion, care and love.

Respect you family members and love them unconditionally during this pandemic era.

Play a lot with your kids, help your wife/sister/mother in cooking & household chores and speak and involve your parents if they stay with you.

This is a very strange time when we all are locked down in our homes and this is the only time you will have to intensely spend your time with your wife.

So talk to her and listen to what she has to say. We men tend to listen less, but believe me this time will not come back. Make love to her. Hold her hand and spend some quality "us" time with her.

Make sure that you don't miss a deadline or any commitment that you have made.
Connect with your superiors and your clients.
If you are in sales and marketing, during these unprecedented times you need to be in constant touch with your customers and assure them of your commitment and delivery.
Working everyday keeps you busy and away from worries.
Also for IT people this is a golden period to show the company that 100% work can be done from home and yet the work is not hampered nor productivity should be a challenge.
Keep a daily routine & be available always so your presence is felt and you never miss out on any opportunity or task.  


3. Exercise

As we all know exercising is very crucial ingredient for good and long health.
You must exercise regularly and daily. Make this your priority and make this your routine.  At first it may be difficult & your body aches a bit but then you will feel good and it will even boost your immunity which helps fight the corona virus.

Exercising releases endorphins which is helpful in good health and it also lifts your mood.
I have started exercising myself.


4. Hobby

This is the most important part of your daily routine which will help you through this difficult times.

Like take out that old guitar that you have & start playing it.
If you like cooking start preparing new & improved dishes, try out new ingredients.
I have started cooking more myself.

Try mix & match like trying new veggies in your favorite dishes.
If you love singing go ahead and start singing & recording your songs.

There are tonnes of hobbies and dozens of things that can be done so that you are involved in something useful & constructive.
These things also lift your mood.
Binge watch those web series or Ramayan like I'm doing.
Do creative designs or artwork.

5. Prayer

Make praying God for your daily routine.
It's always good to connect with the supreme one and feel his vibes.
This helps keep faith and hope.

Also please do make sure you are praying for our mother earth to get out of this Covid-19 corona virus pandemic at the earliest.
